Computer Cluster
The cluster consists of a DELL servers, with a total of 12 nodes. Each node contains two Intel Xeon Quad Core E5520 processors, operating at 2.26GHz, for a total of 96 CPU Core, and 24GB of RAM for each node for a total of 288GB RAM. The nodes communicate with a server PowerEdge R710 node via dual 10Gbps Power Connect M6220. The data is stored in a disk array system with 15 1TB SATA disk for a total of 12TB (RAID 6 + Spare).
